- No Saturday or Sunday pick-up or drop off. No holiday pick-up or drop off.
- Pick-up is Monday – Friday between 12:30pm and 4:00pm
- Drop off is Monday – Friday between 9:30am and 1:30pm
- If unit is not returned by scheduled return time a late fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged. If over two hours late you will be charged a minimum one day rental fee.
- All units are non-smoking!
- No Pets.
- Weekly rentals are as follows: If you pick up on Thursday PM you must return unit on following Thursday AM.
- Four day rentals are from Thursday PM pick-up and Monday AM drop-off.(Off season Only)
- A $750.00 security fee will be charged. $250.00 to be paid when reservation is made and is non-refundable if cancelled.
- $250.00 of the security deposit may be refunded upon drop-off if there is no visible damage. The remaining $500.00 will be held until a full inspection is completed and will be credited to you no later than ten days of return of unit. If your security deposit balance is less than $500.00 when you return after determining extra charges (mileage, late fees damage etc) you will not receive a refund at drop off you must wait until full inspection has been made within the ten day period.
- Renters must be at least 25 years of age, possess a current driver’s license and be an insured driver.
- Renters must have a valid Visa or Master Card.
- All fees must be paid in full at least ten days before departure; if reservation is made with less than ten-day notice fees will be due at time of reservation.
- No refunds for early returns
- All deposits (less $250.00) will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to rental departure.
- No refund will be given for a cancellation with less than ten days notice.
- All renters paying by check must do so at least 10 days before scheduled departure.
- All reservations must be made at least 72 hours before departure.
- All persons traveling in rental unit and of legal driving age are required to watch all instructional videos and go over all safety materials.
- There will be no towing allowed with vehicles unless prior authorization is obtained.
- An Insurance policy is available for $15.00 per day and is mandatory unless you can provide to us an actual policy or binder from you insurance carrier showing the vin # of the rented vehicle as being insured by your carrier & your carrier as the primary insurer of the rented vehicle. A form is available.
- If damage occurs to unit there could be a charge of but not limited to the $750.00 security deposit.
- In event of an accident Ranch RV is to be contacted within 24 hours, a police report must be filed even if a one vehicle accident, a copy of the police report must be given to Ranch RV.
- If a mechanical breakdown does occur, contact Ranch RV immediately as prior authorization must be obtained for any repairs and Ranch can direct you to the nearest service station that can perform the repairs.
- Mechanical breakdown or appliance failure is not cause for cancellation or refunds.
- Floor plan substitutions may be necessary at time of customer pick-up.
- Renter is responsible for any traffic violation or parking tickets.
- Renter assumes all liability for any damaged caused from but not limited to collision with any overhangs, underpasses, curbs, side view mirror damage, undercarriage, waste valves, mufflers, tires, air conditioner, antennas, roof vents and holding tanks.
- A $200.00 fee will be charged if unit has been smoked in!
- Holding tanks must be empty on return of unit or a charge of $25.00 per tank will be imposed to dump them.
- Unit must be returned full of gas or a charge will be made to renter for fueling at the current rate for gasoline.
- Unit must have LP full upon return or a fee of $.69 per pound will be charged to refill the tank.
- If unit is returned dirty, a fee of $150.00 will be charged. Areas to be cleaned by renter include exterior storage compartments, refrigerator, under beds, exterior, etc. We ask that it be returned as it went out.
